After several quality performances in Florida, New Jersey, and Kentucky, Paris Surprise (City of Light) finally breaks the maiden. This happened on Sunday at the Ellis Park Turf track when the horse owned by Kenneth Ramsey held off Tamayyyy’s attack to win in 1’34″76 over a mile.
The winner, trained by Nolan Ramsey, was guided by Jaime Torres, in a spirited ride to cross the finish line by a narrow margin. Nolan Ramsey continues to excel with victories at various tracks across the country, today adding his 19th win of 2025.
